My name is Tim Harris. For the past decade I’ve experienced the incredible benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, including more energy and strength, shorter recovery times after major surgeries, and the ability to stay active with my grown children and grandchildren. Like most people, I’ve had my physical challenges (including spinal surgery and radiation for cancer). But, through focused weight training, cardio activities (for me that has included running, cycling, and swimming), along with healthy eating habits, I’ve become stronger, more fit, and more alive than ever! The best way to describe it: I caught my SECOND WIND!
As I move into a new phase in my personal life, my passion is to help others like you, do the same.
Through a combination of weight training, guided cardio, and nutritional guidance, I’m here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. It's my belief that every person, no matter their age, can catch a SECOND WIND of health, fitness, strength, and vitality!
Your daily, weekly, and monthly workouts will be set up for you, so you will know exactly what to do each time you go to the gym or workout at home. Then through our in-person training sessions and periodic touch-base phone calls, I will guide you through new exercises, proper form, proper eating and resting habits, and productive workout sessions.
Together we’ll journey towards a life of health, fitness, strength, and vitality--the life you’ve been wanting to live. Before you know it, you’ll have caught your SECOND WIND!

Studies show that reistance training along with the right amount of cardio and a healthy diet impacts cardiac health, bone health, cholestrol levels, and more.
Fitness is not just about lifting weights or how far you can run. Fitness is about being able to execute daily activities with optimal performance.
Without proper training our muscles naturally weaken - at any age. On the other hand, with the right kind of training it’s possible to not only maintain but as well increase strength - again, at any age.
Life is more than the weights we can lift or time spent on a treadmill. The ultimate goal of training is the ability to live life to the fullest - filled with vitality and energy, and able to do the things we love to do.
Knowing that every person is unique, I offer four program options. Every client receives a personalized on-line workout plan plus regular check-in's, exercise and nutritional guidance, and up to four in-person workout sessions per month, depending on the option chosen.
